FRED™ SR C1 Featuring Injection Self-Cleaning System

Diversi-Tech's FRED™ dust collectors are designed for installation in industrial applications for the removal of smoke, dust and other airborne contaminants. The FRED™ C1 will remove particulate as small as 0.5 micron with it's standard filters and acts as a heating recovery device to drastically reduce heating costs by cleaning and recycling plant air. The FRED™ C1 self-cleaning unit requires virtually no maintenance. This stationary dust collector can be ducted to multiple pick-up locations.

How The FRED™ C1 Self Cleaning System Works

The FRED™ C1 self-cleaning dust collection system eliminates the need for costly maintenance and frequent filter changes. Compressed air is blown through the filter in the reverse direction thus dislodging smoke and dust from the filter. The solid pollutants are then collected in a dust drawer or a hopper which must be emptied periodically.

The patented ICS (injection cleaning system) releases shop air through a rotating jet that driven up and down by a screw inside the filter cartridge. The cleaning system in automatically activated each time the unit is turned off.
